Description.

Zhongshan Residence is renovation project that enhance old rooftop building with new modern contemporary design. Located in Zhongshan Guangdong, China PRC.

The existing building be abandoned but structure is stills good. Once we had a discussion with architect and owner, we decided to build it to be 2 phases.  First phase is residential development and the second phase for commercial development.

First phase for residential development, we had to develop swimming pool & roof garden floor first. Since we got the concept from interior designer about “ cave ”, then we keep develop concept further to design our landscape to be matched with them.

We prepare semi outdoor space for cave garden. And for pool space, inspired by cave pond and water fall.  20 x5 meters lap pool exercise, kids pool, pool terrace, water bed, jacuzzi and waterfall pavilion are full functions for leisure & living in this space.  Enclosed & privacy space by green buffer.

The rooftop garden is upper and more green, shading by trees.  And also connect the space to swimming pool floor by visual and activities
